Strength Training - 4 weeks of hard yards

Here is the change in program for the next 4 weeks up until your club training starts - where we will change the program again to power Try and follow this program - and work your percentages - Hard There are Two upper body sessions and 2 lower body sessions - that means if you are doing 3 days a week - you have to double up and do a upper body and lower body on the same day If you are doing 4 days a week then 1 upper followed by 1 lower etc. If you are only doing two sessions a week thats not enough - but that means you do 1 upper and 1 lower every session Download the pdf - at the colts facebook page or PM me for the data
